Vale B “Terra Cotta”

A modern development of 87 apartments, emphasizing safety and construction precision. P3 ensured the implementation of collective protection on slabs, fall arrest systems with harness and retractable devices, and fully compliant site access. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), with electrical panels and temporary waste areas correctly installed.

Zest

Construction of residential blocks with a strong focus on safety and site organization. P3 ensured excavation protection, dedicated worker rest areas, compliant access, and concrete truck wash retention basins. Electrical systems and temporary waste areas were installed in accordance with current legal and environmental standards.

Nobilus | Towngardens

A 47-apartment project built in timber, combining architectural elegance and sustainability. P3 ensured the implementation of collective protection systems, regulated access routes, worker safety equipment, and designated temporary waste areas. A benchmark development in the heart of Vilamoura.

Springs

Apartment blocks with a strong emphasis on safety and controlled access. P3 delivered excavation protection, designated worker social areas, a gated entry system with turnstiles, and regulated pedestrian routes. Technical installations were carried out meticulously, including electrical panels and waste management areas.
